Shipping Costs

In addition to the prices shown on the products, the respective shipping costs are added to each order. The shipping cost depends on the weight, dimension and respective delivery destination of the order as well as the type of Mail Delivery the buyer chooses. The total value of shipping costs will be automatically calculated when placing your order in the Online Store.
The factors in this calculation may vary and change without notice.

The buyer should take into account that the shipping deadlines foreseen in the Online Store are estimated deadlines that may change without notice.

Pick my Hero shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses (including loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any failure or delay by reason of any event or circumstance outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, industrial action, failure of power supplies or equipment, government action or Act of God.

Shipping and Delivery

PICK MY HERO is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the order unrelated to its performance, such as failures in the services of the contracted transport company or absence of the buyer at the time of receiving the delivery.

You must be available to accept delivery on the delivery date as the courier will only attempt re-delivery up to 2 times and then the delivery will be returned back to PICK MY HERO at your cost. If delivery is refused or returned due to a faulty address, you will be charged a return fee.

If you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the Order then PICK MY HERO shall be under no obligation to refund the price.

As soon as the book is delivered to the Post/transport company, buyers will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of their order and are able to monitor the transport of their order through access to the platform provided by the contracted transport company. PICK MY HERO is not responsible for notifying the buyer of each change in shipping status.

If for any reason the buyer does not receive the shipping confirmation/tracking number, the buyer must contact PICK MY HERO through: info@pickmyhero.com so that this information can be sent again.

All products sent by PICK MY HERO must be checked upon delivery.

If you sign good condition, you are accepting the goods are in an acceptable condition. Any packages not signed for but accepted are considered signed in good condition.

If you see any sign of damage to the parcel/s please sign as damaged and return the package, otherwise we cannot refund or replace the item, beyond your statutory rights.

All products sent by PICK MY HERO must be checked upon delivery.
If the buyer finds that the order is damaged or that any of the items is not in conformity, he must return it immediately to the transport company, duly justifying the reason for the return on the carrier's delivery notice. The buyer must also immediately notify PICK MY HERO by e-mail at info@pickmyhero.com, indicating the order number, so that the process of investigating the occurrence is opened internally and the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.

International Shipping

PICK MY HERO ships to the European Union, Uk, US and Canada.

If the country for which you want to place your order is not on our list, contact us at: info@pickmyhero.com so that we can evaluate the possibility of making the shipment.

Orders with a delivery address outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges as well as costs for customs clearance etc. must be borne by you as the importer of the goods. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. In case of return of customs products, PICK MY HERO will not refund the respective amount for the returned products.
